By accessing Sciteqsoft systems, applications, and data resources (“Company Systems”), you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Authorized Use Only
Company Systems are provided solely for legitimate business purposes. Unauthorized use, access, or disclosure of company data or client information is strictly prohibited.
2.Data Protection and Confidentiality
All information, including client, project, and internal data, must be handled according to Sciteqsoft’s Privacy and Security Policies. Employees must not share credentials or export data without authorization.
3. Accountability
Employees are responsible for all activities conducted under their credentials. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and secure password practices must be maintained at all times.
4. Acceptable Use
Company assets—including email, network, cloud services, and devices—must not be used for personal gain, illegal activities, or actions that compromise system integrity or reputation.
5. Monitoring and Compliance
Sciteqsoft may monitor network traffic, system access, and communications for security and compliance. Use of Company Systems constitutes consent to such monitoring.
6. Intellectual Property
All work, code, documentation, and materials created or stored on Company Systems are the property of Sciteqsoft Inc.
7. Reporting Incidents
Any suspected data breach, security incident, or policy violation must be reported immediately to security@sciteqsoft.com.
8.Termination of Access
Upon role change or termination, all access to Company Systems must cease, and company-owned data and devices must be returned promptly.
